Bill and Dan will review homes before they’re posted on realtor.ca and give you an earlier opportunity to review new listings in your target area. As members of three local real estate boards we have access to more information than a majority of local realtors. We explain the entire process, suggest strategies, explain options, clearly explain documentation, book showings, negotiate, book inspections, monitor the process from start to finish and provide continued after close support.
